I don’t usually write reviews, but these guys absolutely earned this 5-star rating. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly and transparent. They not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond by calling to let me know that a replacement part wasn’t necessary—they were able to repair it instead, saving me money. We blew a head gasket on the way into town. I asked tow truck driver if he knew anybody that could fix my 6.0. He told me about Arundel. I called first thing when they opened Mon. I explained my situation to Billy he told me he thought he could get my truck in and get it done by the time we had to head out of town. He got it in got it repaired and had us leaving on schedule. I cannot thank Billy and his crew enough for all of the help and overtime they worked to repair our truck. Ok, I first tried a weekend mechanic to get my chipper running. Bad idea and not cheap Then it went to Arundel Diesel Mr. Bill and his son not only fixed the problem with the injector pump but corrected some other issues and got me back to work. I can't thank them enough that Cat now runs like a Deere and sounds like a Cummins thanks man
The absolute best placed anywhere to go for any of your needs with turbos great staff great prices and great service.
They found a part for my injection pump from mere photos. Had it the next business day. And even showed me how the assembly works. I won’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!
97 diesel was taken down there and they worked on it in a timely fashion. Found the real problem in three hours that other shops couldn’t find for a very reasonable sum! The truck now runs perfectly better than it has in months!
Super professional. It best diesel shop experience I have had. Will talked me through a turbo rebuild today and I will be returning to have the work done.
The guys at Arundel are great. I send them 2 or 3 sets of injectors a month and they never disappoint. Very friendly staff and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend!
I brought my 6 injectors to these guys thinking 4 out of 6 were bad (Mack dealership told me they were bad 30 mins earlier). 2 hrs later I get a call from Arundel Diesel that saves me over a $1,000. They tell me my injectors were perfectly fine and to make it even sweeter they didn't charge me anything. They have my business from now. # peoplewhocare
THE place to take your diesel vehicle in the Baltimore area for routine maintenance or to add a couple of hundred horsepower. Bill and his staff can do it all, over-the-counter parts sales, service, or rebuilding a pump or turbo, nobody does it better in the area.
Overall great, they took care of my truck did all the work, and checked items I asked for. Took a few days but I wasn't in a rush.
